Our Bindery Team Leader, Kenneth Bogle, started at Lithographics in February 1984 and married Tena, our tiny but powerful shipping manager in 1991 -- on November 2nd to be exact! They are hugely proud of all 15 grandkids and 2 great grand kids (and looking forward to even more) and love attending their ball games. Kenneth is an awesome gardener, always happy to share his bountiful produce with co-workers, and is partial to his 18 blackberry plants. He loves to grill out and claims his biggest challenge is trying to beat one of the grandkids on the Xbox!
Michael is the oldest of 9 children (7 of whom are adopted) and hails from Huntington, West Virginia. He attended the MTSU Jones College of Business for his undergraduate and MBA degrees and has more than 5 years of Human Resources experience, including teaching at his beloved Alma Mater. Michael loves playing the piano, playing baseball and tennis, and will gladly talk your ear off about the St. Louis Cardinals or anything MTSU. He and his wife, Michelle, are the proud parents of one boy and three girls.
Kevin Bailey is an avid Alabama fan! Always with a happy smile and friendly personality he lightens up a room when he walks in. He spent many hours helping with print projects in the bindery while growing up, and has worked in a variety of roles at Lithographics since college graduation in 1999. Kevin and his brother Travis were taught hands on about the print industry by their father, Harold Bailey, a very beloved, retired Lithographics print sales rep. Kevin now serves a dual role in Customer Service and in Business Development with Travis as half of “Team Bailey” and is a very proud father to two wonderful kids, Grayson and Sydney.
Travis joined Lithographics Team in May 1997; two weeks after graduating from Tennessee Tech. University with a B.S. in Business Management. He and his wife Kelly (Breast Cancer Survivor since 2013) have been married since 2000 & have four kids, Reese, Cooper, Kennedy, & Mac. Travis enjoys building relationships with his clients; providing them the best R.O.I. and the security that their project will get done right & on time.
Bill got into the printing business on April Fool's day in 1972 and has been a part of the Lithographics Team since 2012. Bill loves to umpire and referee and spend time with his grandson.
Spencer Browing has been in the printing profession since graduating from college in Illinois in 1965 with a two year absence when Uncle Sam needed his service in 1966 and 67. He worked for Rand McNally ticket division as a Plant Manager first in New York for 12 years and then in the Nashville plant until 1980. Spencer was President of FALCO Manufacturing and Sales for 20 years before joining Lithographics in 2000. His experience in the Promotional Products arena of printing and his incredible work ethic has helped to make the Calendar Division of Lithographics a very integral part of the company. Spencer has been married since 1968 to the same wonderful person, has three great adult kids, one cat, three dogs and a horse.
Having grown up in Nashville as the son of a printer, Mike has enjoyed being a part of the industry his entire life. He's the father of twin daughters, Beth and Robin and has a grandaughter, Elsie as well as a rescued free range dog and personal trainer, Charlie. Happily married to his sales team partner, Twyla Lambert, he loves to be outdoors gardening, hiking or camping.
Twyla came to Nashville by way of Massachusetts. She is very happily married to her Eagle-Scout, Mike Clark, and has a sweet rescue dog named Charlie. Twyla loves working on beautiful print projects, especially coffee table books and unique projects dreamed up by creative graphic designers. An avid reader, cyclist and hiker, she also loves mentoring young people and talking about printing over a fabulous latte.
Cheryl joined the Lithographics team in September 2015. She has been in the printing industry for more than 15 years and enjoys building relationships with her clients while providing the best possible customer service. She and her husband Daryl have 2 wonderful children. In her free time, Cheryl loves to excercise and spend time with her family.
Jeff Halliburton started his career in printing in 1978, and has worked in the industry as a press operator, sales rep, estimator and paper buyer. He has also been a school teacher, church music minister and photographer. He enjoys hiking and amateur radio. Jeff worked at Lithographics as an estimator in 2001 to 2008 and returned in 2012 to settle in on the Business Development team where he plans to stay. He & his wife Kathy live in Pleasant View, TN. and have six children.
Eddy was born and raised in Atlanta, but moved to Nashville after graduating from Georgia Tech to help start up Sloan Paper Company. He has worked in the paper/printing industry in Nashville his whole carrer. Married for 34 years, he and his wife Sue have 3 wonderful children.
Eric is a native Virginian who moved to Tennessee in 1985, when he joined the printing industry and has been a part of it ever since. He has extensive experience in printing sales, customer service, estimation, production, and management. Well experienced and well equipped, Eric is able to provide seamless success for your projects need. He resides in Kingsport, with his wife Trish and two sons, Andrew and Justin. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, kayaking, and sport-motorcycling.
Hal has experience printing on a variety of different substrates from granite to paper products. He grew up in Nashville, TN and from his early teenage years until 1983 worked in the family business of engraving monuments. In 1983 he changed from granite to paper when he joined the printing industry. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the industry from manufacturing, customer service, estimating, cost accounting, sales and sales management. He served six years from 1988 – 2004 on the Sales & Marketing Executives Council with Printing Industry of America. Hal currently resides in Morristown, TN with his wife Becky. Together they have 6 children and 4 grandchildren. In addition to the printing industry, Hal has been in Ministry since 1978.
Mike has been with Lithographics Inc. since 2010 and has served in the printing and pre-press industry for over 30 years. From concept through the printed piece, he has bought it, sold it, managed it or serviced it. Mike is the husband to LeighAnn for 25 years and the father of Christian and Caleb. He is a native Nashvillian and current resident of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. When not at work he enjoys working out, playing golf, going to the beach, long lunches and all you can eat chickin joints.
Christina Adams began her career in printing in 1993 after relocating to Nashville from California. She has worked in several different areas of printing, from production to quality assurance, and finally landing in Customer Service in 2000. She has often said that she did not choose printing, printing chose her. She enjoys spending her free time with family which includes a granddaughter with a larger than life personality who keeps her on her toes.
Novella grew up on a family farm in Adams TN, which she still owns and manages. After many years in the Agriculture industry she began her printing career in 1999. Never one for sitting around, she also teaches at the Harley Davidson Riding Academy where she is a licensed motorcycle instructor. Her French bulldog, Duke, eagerly waits for her to come home from work so she can spoil him.
Daivd is a twenty year veteran of the industry, and a Nashville native. He has been married since 2000 to his wonderful wife Lisa. David enjoys spending time kayaking or canoeing.
Sandra Hughes is the proud “mom” of two Shih Tzu’s; Willie and Socks. She roots for Alabama and the Titans and enjoys antique shopping, yard sales, reading and working in the yard. Sandra is also aunt and great aunt to 7 nieces and 6 nephews and she spoils them all.
Chester loves golfing and football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He's had ink in his blood since 1985 and lives by the motto 'Family First'.
Mike started in the printing industry in 1984 and has been a part of our team since 2013. He and his wife Connie live in Ridgetop Tennessee. Mike's interest's include fishing, shooting, golf, woodworking and antiques. He has a son, Ryan, who is 31 and 3 step-children, David 31, Heather 36, Beth 42.
Tena Bogle joined Lithographics in September, 1981 and leads the Shipping Team where keeping everything moving at all times is definitely a challenge. She & Kenneth Bogle, the Lithographics Bindery Team Leader, married in 1991. They love spending time with their grandkids and family at the pool, ballgames, family get-togethers & vacations.
Bruce started at Lithographics in March 1984. He and his wife Kim have been married for 28 years and have been blessed with 4 wonderful children. They enjoy their country living and raising cattle, but most importantly enjoy their family time together.
Joel Sensing, our easy going Lithographics press room leader with the ever-ready smile and offer to help, has been with Lithographics since 1980. He and his lovely wife, Debbie have been married for over 35 years and have 3 children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. Joel’s favorite time is spent with them.
Gwen started his career at Lithographics in 1984 working with ink and plates. After working his way through the pressroom, he became 2nd shift team leader. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley.
Peter has been a very important fixture to our Litho family since April of 2007. He keeps our servers up and running and our minds at ease. Married with one beautiful daughter, Peter enjoys working out, playing basketball and watching football.
Nancy has been part of the Lithographics team since 1984. She always has a smile on her face. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her sweet, beautiful granddaughter.
Ginger has been the Receptionist for Lithographics, Inc. since 2007. Prior to working at Lithographics she helped manage a Memory Care Unit. In her spare time she loves to bake and babysit her grandchildren.
Chris began his career at Lithographics in August of ’83 where he ran the 5 color press as a pressman. He later became the pressroom supervisor, plant manager and has now landed the job of purchasing agent. Chris has been married since 1976 and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. His interest outside of work include, cars, dirt bikes, golfing and poker.
